* Maintenance is defined as: A health checkup and cleaning of system components. Chemical Clean of condenser coils, cleaning of interior of condensing unit, UV protectant for condenser, removal and clean of indoor fan wheel, inspection and cleaning of indoor evaporator coil (if accessible), clearing condensate drain, cleaning of all burners, and cleaning of interior/exterior of furnace. Does not include extensive cleaning of indoor evaporator coils defined as limited access or uncased. Rust mitigation/removal is not addressed under the maintenance.
